1. What GoTo Player is

GoTo Player is a media player app. It does not provide, sell, host, curate or endorse any channels, movies, series, playlists, streams or subscriptions. The app plays media only from sources that you add yourself.

2. Your responsibility for content

You may only add sources, playlists and accounts that you own or are legally authorized to use. You are solely responsible for the content you access, play or download with GoTo Player and for complying with the laws and the terms of your content providers in your country. Do not use GoTo Player to access or distribute content without permission from the rights holder.

3. Downloads

Offline downloads are for your personal use and only where your content rights allow it.

4. Third-party services

GoTo Player can connect to third-party services such as your provider, The Movie Database (TMDB), OpenSubtitles, YouTube and Google Play. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GoTo Player is not affiliated with any content provider.

5. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy.

6. No warranty

GoTo Player is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that any particular source will work with it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or of content you access with it.

8. Open-source software

GoTo Player is based on the open-source Lumen project, used under the MIT License. GoTo Player is not an official Lumen release.
